Modern casting foundry, machining, finishing, fabrication and packing facilities located in industrial zone of Kolkata, West Bengal, India (near international airport and Haldia / Kolkata ports). Inhouse quality control and testing facilities, with specialised external testing and validation capability through 3rd party inspection.

Scope of Castings

• Grey Iron Casting: Up to 5000kg per piece in FG150 to FG300 as per IS 210 (Grade 100 to 300 as per ISO185 or equivalent international standards)

• Ductile Iron Casting: Up to 1000kg per piece in SG400/15 to SG800/2 as per IS 1865 (or equivalent international standards)

• Steel Casting: Up to 750kg per piece as per required specifications

Molding Methods

• No-Bake, CO2, Green Sand

• 2 Molding machines (750 mm x 600 mm table) with capacity of 30 molds/hour.
