Exxelmet Return & Refund Policy

At Exxelmet, we manufacture all castings, counterweights, and engineered components to order, according to the specifications, drawings, and standards provided or approved by the customer. Each product is individually produced and inspected before dispatch to ensure conformance with the agreed technical and dimensional requirements.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Because every item we manufacture is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun or goods have been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defect or non-conformance to the agreed specification.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

• The product does not match the approved technical specification or drawing;

• The product was damaged during transit and the damage is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery; or

• The product fails to meet material or mechanical properties as certified in the provided inspection documents.

To request a return assessment, please contact contact@exxelmet.com with:

• Order number and invoice reference,

• Photographic or video evidence of the issue, and

• A brief description of the discrepancy.

We may require the defective item to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed only for verified non-conforming products.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after acceptance of the return.

• Any refund amount will exclude shipping, customs, or bank transaction fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation if production has not yet started.

• Once manufacturing has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or non-compliant.
