Exxelmet supplies high-density cast iron counterweights designed for passenger elevators, freight lifts, hospital elevators, villa lifts, and dumbwaiters. Our modular stackable blocks (5 -1000 kg each) reduce energy demand on motors, extend system life, and are manufactured to ISO and EN standards. With foundries in India and distribution in the EU, we offer cost-efficient, certified products with flexible shipping (including DDP into UK & Europe).

  • Materials: Grey Cast Iron (EN-GJL-150 / ISO 185 / EN 1561); ductile iron (EN-GJS-400-15) optional.

  • Weight Range: 5 kg to 1000 kg per block.

  • Geometry: Rectangular stackable slabs; optional through-holes or slots.

  • Common Size: 960 × 120 × 100 mm (widely used industry block size).

  • Finishes: As-cast, primer, or painted RAL (grey/black).

  • Options: Embossed ID/logo, chamfered edges, mass markings

  • Packaging: Palletized, heat-treated, strapped & stretch-wrapped, labeled (gross/net/pallet no.)

  • Shipping: EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP (UK & EU). Includes CoO, packing list, and optional weight protocol

  • Products: Open and closed die forged blocks for auxiliary balancing parts

  • Use: Spacers, hangers, structural connections in elevator assemblies
